Cancellation Right Upon Purchase of SUNBOUNCE Articles
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The cancellation deadline is fourteen days after your or a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you has received the goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, you are required to inform us of your decision to cancel the contract with a clear statement (e.g. a mailed letter, fax or E-mail). You may use the included sample cancellation form but are not required to do so.
The notification of cancellation need only be sent before expiration of the cancellation period for it to be considered valid.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we are obligated to reimburse immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your notice all payments we have received from you, including ship-ping (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of an alternative to the standard, least expensive delivery that we offer). We reimburse you in the same way that you have made payment for the original transaction, unless we have agreed something different with you expressly; you will never be charged fees for reimbursement. We can refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the items have been sent back, depending on which occurs sooner. You are obligated to send or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you sent us notice of cancellation of the contract. The deadline has been met if you ship the goods within the term of fourteen days.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
You have to pay for the loss in value of the goods only when the loss in value can be attributed to improper handling of the items when testing the condition, properties and functioning thereof.
