§1 Scope of Agreement, Customer Information

The following general standard terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between SUNBOUNCE GmbH SUNBOUNCE Shopand to the consumers and companies that purchase items from our shop. We do not recognize conflicting conditions or those that deviate from our conditions. The contract language is German.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

  1. The offerings on the internet pose a binding offer to you to purchase goods.
  2. You can place one or more products in the shopping cart. Enter your data and choices regarding type of payment, delivery specifications, etc. in the course of placing your order. The offer to enter into a purchase contract does not become binding until you click the order button.

§3 Customer Information: Saving Your Order Data

We will save your order, along with details on the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.). We will send you our general standard terms and conditions; but you can also view the conditions on our website at any time after conclusion of the contract.

As a registered customer, you can see your previous orders via the customer login area (My account).

§4 Customer Information: Corrections

Any information that you have entered can be corrected by deleting it with the respective key before the order is submitted. During the ordering process we will point out additional ways to make corrections. You can end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§5 Statutory Warranty Rights

Warranty rights apply to our goods.

§6 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for slightly negligent breaches of duty, to the extent that they are not obliga-tions essential to the contract, damage related to death, injury or health, guarantees or claims pursuant to product liability laws. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents or our legal representatives. Obligations essential to the contract include particularly the duty to give the items to you and to transfer to you the ownership thereof. Furthermore, we are required to provide the items to you free of defects of quality and title.
